This actually happened, but I am changing the names. So we know someone that wanted a new to them vehicle. Found what they wanted out of town for their budget of $26,000. They called and confirmed on the phone $26K + TT & L. Ok, great. Also comes with a full tank of gas, 1 year warranty. They drive 95 miles to another town where the dealership is located, ready to close the deal and get the vehicle just to find out that the price of $26,000 does not include the reconditioning to the vehicle of $4,000, or the window tint and etching that they did for $2,000. So the only way to get it is to actually pay $32,000 + TT & L. BIG difference in price and big disappointment. We would consider this borderline deceptive.
